Dentons Lee has announced that Eunjee Kim has been appointed as a Public Interest Commissioner (Adjudication) of the Seoul Regional Labor Relations Commission, a prestigious quasi-judicial body responsible for resolving the most complex and consequential labor disputes in South Korea.
Kim will serve a three-year term beginning May 2026, during which she will preside over a range of labor disputes including unfair dismissal and unfair labor practice cases. The Seoul Regional Labor Relations Commission functions as the primary forum for adjudicating deeply contested labor matters strictly on the basis of legal principles, making it one of the most significant institutions in the country’s modern industrial landscape.
