Dentons Link Legal announced that Abhay Chattopadhyay has joined the firm as Partner – Dispute Resolution & Arbitration. He will be based in the firm’s Delhi office.
Chattopadhyay brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on complex disputes and contentious regulatory matters. His practice spans commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, insolvency, white-collar investigations, regulatory enforcement, and intellectual property disputes.
He regularly advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and financial services. His work has focused on business-critical disputes involving commercial, regulatory, and enforcement issues, where clients often require coordinated legal strategy across multiple forums and stakeholders.
The addition of Chattopadhyay expands Dentons Link Legal’s capabilities in dispute resolution and arbitration at a time when companies are facing increasingly complex litigation, regulatory, and cross-border risk. His background in both arbitration and litigation adds further depth to the firm’s ability to support clients in high-value and strategically important disputes.
Chattopadhyay is also joining the firm with a team of lawyers experienced in dispute resolution and arbitration. The team’s arrival is expected to strengthen the firm’s bench in Delhi and enhance its capacity to handle a broader range of contentious matters for clients across industries.
The move reflects Dentons Link Legal’s continued investment in expanding its disputes practice in India. With Chattopadhyay’s experience and sector-focused approach, the firm is positioned to further support clients navigating commercial conflicts, regulatory investigations, insolvency-related disputes, enforcement actions, and arbitration proceedings.
