He focuses on the development and delivery of complex, large-scale projects across all market sectors, with extensive experience in project structuring, project management, procurement and delivery strategy, and risk analysis. He also has extensive experience with all forms of development, construction, and energy-related agreements.
McCoach is a leading financial institutions lawyer specializing in securitization, debt capital markets, structured finance, derivatives, and sustainable finance. And she has over 25 years of experience in a wide range of domestic and cross-border securitization and debt capital markets transactions and is highly regarded for her structuring work on highly complex and bespoke derivatives. McCoach has a strong profile in the Australian capital markets and is an active member of several industry groups.
Both Coleman and McCoach act for national and international clients.
