Dentons Names Elze’t Hart As Data And Technology Partner In Amsterdam

Dentons announced it is strengthening its Intellectual Property, Data, and Technology practice by recruiting partner Elze ‘t Hart in the Amsterdam office. Focusing on data governance and compliance, IT contracts and technology M&A, Hart has been advising and litigating technology and data privacy for 12 years.

Hart has extensive experience in complex, cross-border data projects and assists clients in digital transformation, AI, cloud, platforms, telecommunications, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and algorithms, such as the impact of new legislation arising from the European Digital Strategy. And she is certified as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She joins the firm from Van Benthem & Keulen.

Dentons’ Intellectual Property, Data and Technology practice group has over 600 lawyers globally, including 150 in Europe.
