Dentons has announced that Jakub Celiński and Paweł Grabowski have been elected as the new managing partners of Dentons’ Warsaw office. Their term will start on January 1, 2025.
Paweł Grabowski, who is triple-qualified in Poland, the UK, and the US, has been with the firm since the beginning of his career. And he has over 20 years of experience advising on M&A and private equity transactions.
Jakub Celiński has been advising on acquisitions of public and private companies for 20+ years. And his experience also includes capital market transactions, including IPOs and listings of companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
These new managing partners will succeed Anna Pukszto and Bartłomiej Kordeczka, whose terms of office expire at the end of this year.
Dentons’ Warsaw office brings together the talent of close to 200 lawyers and professionals, including 36 partners.
