Chiriboga brings more than 15 years of professional experience, including 6 years at Dentons Paz Horowitz, where she served as legal director of the intellectual property practice. The practice itself has a 35-year history within the firm. Her technical expertise, strategic vision, and client-focused approach have supported the sustained growth of the intellectual property group.
During her tenure, Chiriboga led several key initiatives to modernize and strengthen the practice. These include the optimization and implementation of a comprehensive digital system for trademark and documentation management, the incorporation of advanced tools for visual, phonetic, and conceptual similarity analysis, and enhancements to trademark watch and monitoring services. The firm said these efforts have helped position Dentons Paz Horowitz as a leading reference in intellectual property matters in Ecuador.
