Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, has announced the promotion of four new partners across its UK, Ireland, and Middle East region, effective May 1, 2026. The promotions follow the recruitment of 14 new partners in 2025 and three additional lateral hires already completed in 2026.
Andrew Clarke joins the partnership in the firm’s Projects practice in Saudi Arabia. Dual-qualified in England and Wales and Australia, Clarke focuses on cross-border infrastructure investment with expertise spanning Asia, India, and the CIS. Based in Jeddah, he is leading Dentons’ infrastructure growth in Saudi Arabia while also supporting the firm’s Japan desk, drawing on nearly 15 years of living and working in the country.
Emma Frost has been promoted to partner in the Real Estate practice in London after more than 20 years with the firm. She has built a reputation as a leading lawyer for complex development work, bringing together multi-disciplinary teams on major projects across logistics, residential, offices, and retail, as well as advising clients on investment portfolio management.
Hannah Harris has been promoted to partner in the Employment practice in London. Harris joined Dentons in 2024 and has quickly earned recognition for her work on complex, often multi-jurisdictional employment and investigations matters, bringing a strong commercial perspective to fast-moving client situations.
Rukia Khatun has been promoted to partner in the Technology, Media and Telecoms practice in Milton Keynes. Khatun has spent 12 years at Dentons, progressing from trainee to partner, and has developed a diverse TMT practice with a focus on advising retail and public sector clients across commercial contracts, e-commerce, advertising compliance, business transformation, cloud services, and IT licensing.
