Dentons announced that Linda Warnke has joined its Indianapolis office as Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice, bringing more than 20 years of private practice and in-house experience advising on commercial real estate transactions and operations.
Warnke will focus on providing strategic guidance across a broad range of real estate matters, including purchase, sale and leasing negotiations, development of commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects, zoning, and regulatory compliance. The firm said her approach integrates business and regulatory considerations with real estate strategy to deliver comprehensive counsel to clients.
Prior to joining Dentons, Warnke held multiple legal leadership roles at a global footwear and apparel retailer and its international subsidiaries. Most recently, she served as Legal Director for Southeast Asia and India, where she was part of the regional leadership team and led legal strategy for expansion, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross-border negotiations. Earlier in her career, she was Assistant General Counsel for Global Real Estate and Construction, overseeing legal strategy and negotiations for the company’s Southeast Asia and Pacific real estate portfolio, while also supporting leasing and partnerships across Europe and other global markets.
Dentons said the hire strengthens its US real estate practice and enhances its ability to serve clients navigating increasingly complex market conditions, both domestically and internationally.
