— Real Estate partner Pascal Schmitz has been elected France’s Managing Partner. He succeeds partner Severine Hotellier, who will focus on her legal practice within the Insurance sector and her role as a Europe Board Member.

— Litigation and Dispute Resolution partner Otar Kipshidze has been reappointed as Georgia’s Managing Partner for an additional term.
Germany
— Corporate and M&A partner Rebekka Hye-Knudsen and Corporate partner and notary Matthias Santelmann have been elected Germany Co-Managing Partners. They succeed partner Andreas Ziegenhagen, who will continue to serve as Europe’s Head of Restructuring.
