Dentons has expanded its Paris Banking & Finance offering with the addition of Soline Louvigny as a partner focused on debt capital markets, alongside the arrival of associate Alicia Ghislain. The firm said the hires deepen its capital markets capabilities in France and further support the buildout of its integrated European platform, complementing established DCM teams across Europe, the U.S., the U.K. and other major financial centers.
Louvigny brings more than 15 years of experience advising financial institutions, insurers and corporates on a broad range of debt securities transactions, including vanilla and structured bond issuances, instruments eligible for regulatory capital under CRR and Solvency II, and ESG-related offerings such as green, social and sustainability-linked bonds. Her work also includes EMTN programs, standalone issues and private placements, as well as liability management transactions and bondholder processes such as consent solicitations. Dentons said she also has substantial experience navigating regulatory issues tied to debt securities, including benchmark and ESG regulations.
The firm positioned the hires as part of a broader strengthening of its Paris Banking & Finance platform. Dentons recently added partner Vincent Danton and associate Yann Le Puil to lead securitization and structured finance work, and also promoted Meryll Aloro to partner for fund financing and Philippine de Fouchier to counsel in 2025. Dentons said the combined moves create a more structured, cross-functional offering for clients in Paris while remaining closely connected to the firm’s global capital markets network.
