Dentons: Tamara Sims Named As National Head of Pro Bono Partner

Dentons has announced its strengthened dedication to community service and pro bono efforts by appointing Tamara Sims as the National Head of Pro Bono Partner. With over 20 years in legal practice, Sims specializes in supporting marginalized and disadvantaged groups to promote access to justice.

Her extensive experience spans human rights, refugee law, administrative law, international human rights, disability and discrimination issues, victims’ compensation, domestic violence, housing rights, and credit and debt disputes. Additionally, Sims has significant expertise in handling large-scale public interest and human rights litigation across different jurisdictions.

Sims will be based in Sydney and oversee Dentons’ national pro bono activities.
