DexKo Global has strengthened its European service footprint with the acquisition of Carsten Stäbler GmbH, a well‑established specialist in suspension optimization, vehicle upratings, hydraulic leveling systems, trailer hitches, and motorhome retrofitting. The company, based in Waghäusel, Germany, is known for its deep technical expertise and long‑standing reputation in the motorhome and trailer market.

As part of the acquisition, Carsten Stäbler GmbH will join the AL‑KO Vehicle Technology Group, DexKo’s business unit focused on chassis, suspension and vehicle technology. Carsten Stäbler will remain with the company and, together with his experienced team, will support the next phase of development under the AL‑KO VT umbrella.

DexKo plans to develop the Waghäusel site into a full AL‑KO VT Customer Center, expanding the company’s European network to ten locations. The expansion is designed to enhance service accessibility, technical capabilities, and customer experience across borders. AL‑KO VT already operates customer centers in Italy, France, Austria, the Benelux region, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and multiple locations in Germany.

The acquisition aligns with DexKo’s broader European growth strategy, which focuses on strengthening its accessories and service network to deliver a modern, high‑performance service experience for customers across the continent.
