Donohue began her career with DHR as a Senior Consultant in 1996 before transitioning into information technology consulting in San Francisco. After six years in the tech sector and time dedicated to her family, she rejoined DHR in 2014. Over the past decade, she has earned a reputation as a trusted adviser to private equity investors and portfolio company executives, known for her precision in search execution, commitment to delivery excellence, and ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
