Dhruva will transition to the Ryan brand across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia by the end of 2026, advancing the integration of the Middle Eastern tax advisory firm with Ryan’s global platform.
The rebranding represents the next phase of the companies’ strategic joint venture announced in 2025, combining Dhruva’s regional tax expertise with Ryan’s technology, international resources and global service capabilities.
Dhruva’s existing advisory teams will continue serving clients as the business transitions to the Ryan identity.
Ryan plans to continue investing in its Middle East operations by expanding its team, capabilities and presence across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh.
The practice provides services across corporate tax, VAT and other indirect taxes, transfer pricing, M&A tax structuring, research and development, and cross-border compliance.
The brand transition will occur in phases during the second half of 2026, including changes to signage, visual identity and digital properties.
Ryan has more than 7,100 professionals and associates serving more than 74,000 clients across over 80 countries.
