Dialogica Adds Dylan Gittleman To Founding Sales Team To Expand Legal AI Adoption

Dialogica has added Silicon Valley go-to-market and business-development executive Dylan Gittleman to the founding sales team for Dia, its voice-first AI secretary designed for large law firms. Gittleman will focus on expanding the company’s commercial presence among Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 legal departments.

Gittleman brings experience spanning enterprise sales, business development, legal-industry relationships, investment banking, and early-stage company building. His early career included roles at GE Capital and IBM Global Finance before he helped launch businesses including Murgitroyd & Co., a European intellectual property law firm, and Aranea, a valuation, research, and advisory company.

He also served as an advisor to legal technology startup ClearAccessIP. Over the past nine years, Gittleman has worked in investment banking and capital markets with emerging-growth companies pursuing private and public transactions. His experience includes work in the U.S. and Canadian markets and companies such as Fisker, which raised more than $1 billion when it entered the public markets in 2020 through a SPAC business combination.

At Dialogica, Gittleman’s responsibilities will extend beyond traditional sales. He will work with the founding team on go-to-market strategy, strategic business development, enterprise adoption, partnerships, and relationships within the investment community.

Dialogica is developing Dia as a voice-first AI secretary intended to reduce repetitive, non-billable work while preserving lawyer judgment, client trust, and confidentiality. The system is designed to work across existing law-firm technology and give attorneys more time for counsel, analysis, strategy, and client service.

KEY QUOTES:

“Dia represents the type of opportunity I have spent much of my career pursuing: bringing an innovative company into a large, relationship-driven market and helping turn a compelling technology into meaningful enterprise adoption. My immediate objective is to introduce Dia to decision-makers across the Am Law 100 and Fortune 500 in-house counsel and help establish the commercial foundation for the company’s next stage of growth.”

Dylan Gittleman, Director Of Business Development At Dialogica

“Dylan is exactly the kind of executive I wanted alongside as Dia continues to grow. He has spent his career opening markets, building enterprise relationships, and helping companies translate strong technology into commercial traction. Just as importantly, Dylan has spent years developing trusted relationships throughout the legal, technology, and investment communities. Bringing him onto the founding team as Director of Business Development significantly expands our ability to reach major law firms and corporate legal departments and execute on the opportunity we see ahead.”
