Diana Health has raised $55 million in a Series C financing round led by HealthQuest Capital, with continued support from Norwest Venture Partners, .406 Ventures, LRVHealth, and AlleyCorp. This new funding will enable the company to expand its physical footprint, expand the services it offers in prenatal and postpartum care, and enhance its digital tools for patient education and communication.
Since its launch, Diana Health has opened nine clinics across Tennessee, Florida, and Texas. Two new locations in Chattanooga and Jacksonville are set to begin serving families later this year. Each clinic brings together certified nurse-midwives, OB-GYN physicians, mental health counselors and wellness specialists who work as a coordinated team. By spending more time listening to patients and focusing on their overall health needs, Diana Health’s approach aims to reduce unnecessary medical procedures and create a more supportive experience from pre-conception through menopause.
Traditional hospital maternity services have struggled to meet patient expectations, and more than 500 labor and delivery units have closed across the country in the past ten years. At the same time, the United States faces a shortage of obstetricians and rising rates of complications during pregnancy and childbirth. Diana Health’s model addresses these challenges by embedding midwives at the center of care and using technology to track outcomes, share educational resources, and notify providers when a patient needs early intervention.
More than eighty thousand women now rely on Diana Health each year for services that include personalized birth planning, nutritional counseling, virtual visits, and hormone management. Hospital partners report that the collaborative care teams help stabilize patient volumes, improve satisfaction scores, and reduce costs tied to avoidable interventions. The company’s digital platform also allows women to access records and educational content online, making it easier to stay informed between appointments.
How the funding will be used: In addition to expanding its brick-and-mortar network, Diana Health will utilize the new capital to develop its digital tools and train more clinicians in the midwifery-first care model. The goal is to launch additional partnerships with regional hospitals, reopen previously shuttered obstetric units and bring comprehensive women’s health programs to communities that face limited access to specialized care. With this latest round of funding, Diana Health is also poised to serve more families and to help hospitals build sustainable, high-quality women’s health offerings for years to come.
