Diginex, a London-headquartered sustainability RegTech provider, has completed its acquisition of The Remedy Project Limited, a Hong Kong-based advisory and research organization focused on labor and human rights in global supply chains, as companies face rising pressure to strengthen supply chain transparency and worker protections.

Under the terms of the deal, Diginex issued The Remedy Project’s sole shareholder 1 million ordinary shares and committed to issue up to an additional 1 million ordinary shares tied to operating and earnout targets over the next three years. Diginex said the combination pairs its supply chain and ESG technology with The Remedy Project’s expertise in human rights due diligence, grievance mechanisms, and remediation, creating an end-to-end offering that spans risk identification through corrective action.

Diginex plans to align its tools, including diginexLUMEN for supply chain risk assessment and diginexAPPRISE for proactive worker engagement, with The Remedy Project’s advisory services covering due diligence, capacity building, and data-driven insights. The company said the expanded platform is designed to help organizations monitor human rights risks and implement remediation strategies, while also supporting compliance with evolving global regulations such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.

Founded in 2020, The Remedy Project works with companies, governments, multilaterals, and civil society to strengthen human rights due diligence, design and evaluate grievance mechanisms, and support access to remedy for workers, with a focus on high-risk sectors and geographies across Asia. Diginex said The Remedy Project’s rights-holder-centered and gender-responsive approaches complement Diginex’s data management and reporting capabilities, enabling more seamless workflows from disclosure and reporting to ongoing improvements.

Diginex provides software and services to help businesses and governments streamline ESG, climate, and supply chain data collection and reporting, leveraging technologies including blockchain, AI, machine learning, and data analytics. Its diginexESG platform supports multiple reporting frameworks and offers services ranging from materiality assessments and data management to stakeholder engagement and report generation.
