Dimension Energy has secured $857 million of additional capital to expand its distributed solar platform as the Partners Group-owned company works toward reaching 1 GW of operating assets by 2028. The financing consists of a $200 million increase to Dimension’s corporate credit facility and a separate $657 million construction-to-term debt and tax equity package. Nuveen Energy Infrastructure Credit and funds and accounts managed by HPS Investment Partners are lead lenders on the corporate facility.

The $200 million increase brings Dimension’s total corporate credit facility to $650 million.

The capital will give the company additional flexibility to move distributed solar projects from development into construction.

The separate $657 million financing will support 29 distributed solar projects totaling 149 MW across Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Advantage Capital is serving as the tax equity investor.

MUFG Bank, First Citizens Bank, ING Capital and National Bank of Canada are coordinating lead arrangers for the debt financing, while Fifth Third Bank is serving as joint lead arranger.

The new capital follows a separate $650 million portfolio financing completed earlier in 2026.

Dimension currently owns more than 600 MW of distributed energy assets that are operating or under construction.

Since inception, the company has developed more than 1 GW of assets and invested more than $2 billion across its approximately 600 MW operating and construction portfolio.

The latest financing is intended to support Dimension’s goal of reaching 1 GW of operating capacity by 2028.

Dimension is owned by Partners Group, which manages approximately $185 billion in assets.
