DISA Global Solutions has acquired TEAM Companies, expanding its workforce and contractor compliance capabilities for safety-sensitive and mission-critical employers.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, TEAM provides workforce compliance, contractor compliance monitoring and workforce screening services. The acquisition was completed on July 1, 2026.
TEAM has spent more than three decades helping employers manage workforce compliance and reduce operational risk. Its services include drug and alcohol testing, background screening, occupational health, training and contractor compliance monitoring.
A central part of TEAM’s offering is Alert, its proprietary compliance management platform. Alert helps organizations manage contractor certifications, safety records and other compliance requirements.
The acquisition strengthens DISA’s contractor compliance monitoring capabilities while adding technology and specialized expertise that can be extended into additional mission-critical industries.
DISA expects TEAM’s Alert platform to support expanded contractor auditing, monitoring and screening services across sectors including data centers, manufacturing and automotive.
The companies also serve many of the same safety-sensitive industries, creating opportunities to combine DISA’s broader compliance infrastructure with TEAM’s contractor monitoring capabilities.
TEAM will continue operating from its existing locations and maintaining its current client relationships and service delivery.
Tim Jenney, President of TEAM, will remain with DISA following the transaction. Hillary Jenney, Managing Partner of TEAM Companies, will continue supporting the organization in an advisory role focused on strategic guidance and continuity.
DISA provides workforce and contractor compliance management solutions across industrial, healthcare, transportation and higher-education markets.
Its services include drug and alcohol testing, background screening, occupational health, transportation compliance and workforce compliance tracking.
The addition of TEAM broadens that platform with deeper contractor compliance technology and experience, particularly for employers operating in environments where safety, certifications and regulatory requirements must be continuously monitored.
