DISA Technologies, a Casper, Wyoming-based company pioneering solutions for mineral processing, domestic uranium remediation, and resource recovery, has closed a $33 million strategic financing led by Galvanize and supported by BHP Ventures. The raise brings the total funding raised to approximately $83 million. Existing investors, including Evok Innovations, Constellation Energy, Halliburton Labs, Valor Equity Partners, and Veriten, also participated in the round.
DISA’s core technology is its patented High-Pressure Slurry Ablation, or HPSA, platform, designed to unlock value across both modern mineral processing and legacy uranium remediation through a cleaner, faster, and more efficient method of liberating minerals. The company is scaling deployment across mining operations and Abandoned Uranium Mine remediation projects, with commercial units installed at several global sites and more than 100 AUM sites secured under contract. In September 2025, DISA was issued a first-of-its-kind NRC license enabling access to remediate AUM sites across the United States. The company expects to commence remediation projects later in 2026, including on the Navajo Nation and at a federal site under its NRC license.
Over the past 12 months, DISA has advanced regulatory pathways, commissioned commercial-scale HPSA units across multiple mining applications, and continued scaling its uranium remediation and recovery platform. Founded in 2018, the company operates out of Casper, Wyoming, with a satellite office in Westminster, Colorado.
