Dishio: $2.5 Million Seed Funding Raised At $20 Million Valuation To Help Restaurants Turn Guest Data Into Repeat Revenue

Dishio, an AI growth engine for restaurants, has announced a $2.5 million seed round at a $20 million valuation. The Miami-based company said the funding will support expansion of its platform, which helps restaurant operators capture, own, and activate guest data across the entire customer journey by unifying the fragmented restaurant tech stack into a single customer intelligence and growth layer.

The company was founded by Brett Linkletter and Jace Kovacevich, the team behind restaurant marketing agency Dineline, which has acquired 27 million guests across 2,500 brands over a decade. Dishio connects fragmented guest data across QR codes, digital ads, reservations, online ordering, POS systems, and loyalty programs, then converts that data into AI-powered marketing automation and creative generation tied directly to customer behavior. The platform is designed to sit on top of existing restaurant technology rather than replace it, giving operators visibility into what drives repeat visits and how to convert individual transactions into long-term customer value.

The founders said the platform was built directly from pain points encountered while managing campaigns across thousands of restaurant concepts through Dineline, including broken attribution, fragmented guest data, and creative bottlenecks that limit growth. Dishio is currently used by more than 2,500 restaurant brands and is sold directly through dish.io as well as deployed at scale through Dineline’s managed-service channel. Upcoming product releases include advanced guest CRM capabilities and new automated growth tools designed to give operators greater ownership of the end-to-end customer journey.

The new capital will support product expansion and continued growth as Dishio works to help restaurants reduce revenue leakage and build lasting customer relationships.

KEY QUOTES:

“Most guest visits disappear without ever becoming an owned customer relationship, and existing platforms only make that worse by trapping data in disconnected systems. We built Dishio to unify guest data across every touchpoint and turn it into automated marketing tied directly to revenue. Restaurant operators should know exactly what’s driving repeat visits and how to turn one transaction into long-term customer value.”

Brett Linkletter, CEO, Dishio

“Through Dineline, we’ve seen firsthand how broken attribution, fragmented guest data, and creative bottlenecks are limiting restaurant growth. Every feature in Dishio was built to solve a real operator pain point we encountered managing campaigns across thousands of restaurant concepts. It’s a true merger of human insight from years of restaurant marketing with AI-powered automation that helps operators scale what works.”
