DLA Piper announced that Geoffrey Palachuk has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate practice, based in Seattle.

Palachuk enhances the firm’s West Coast real estate platform and national construction capabilities. He advises clients on complex contract negotiations, project delivery strategies, risk mitigation, and claims resolution, while also handling high stakes construction disputes nationwide.

His experience spans a wide range of projects, including public infrastructure developments, data centers, mixed use projects, convention centers, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, fulfillment centers, public schools, universities, and renewable energy projects.

According to the firm, Palachuk’s addition supports growing client demand for legal counsel on large scale development projects and the construction and design issues that accompany them.
