DLA Piper: Amanda Gill Joins As Partner To Strengthen Public And Private Company M&A Capabilities

DLA Piper announced that Amanda Gill has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate practice based in New York. Gill will advise public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the life sciences and technology sectors.

Gill brings experience across divestitures, tender offers, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, minority and control investments, carve-outs, shareholder activism, financial advisory matters, and corporate governance. She also advises boards of directors, special committees, and investment banks.

The addition of Gill continues the expansion of DLA Piper’s Corporate practice following the addition of nearly two dozen partners to the group over the past year.

DLA Piper said its global corporate team includes more than 1,000 lawyers supporting clients on complex transactions and matters across all stages of development.
