Field, a highly respected private equity veteran, makes the move from Dechert, where he co-headed their private equity practice. Dual-qualified in England & Wales, as well as South Africa, Field brings extensive experience advising major private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions across the UK and Europe. Before Dechert, he spent over a decade as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
