DLA Piper strengthened its Corporate and M&A practice by adding Sebastian Goslar. And from January 1, 2025, he will join the firm’s Corporate group in Germany and be based in the firm’s new office in Dusseldorf.
Sebastian Goslar joins from Linklaters, advising listed companies, their board members, and investors on all aspects of corporate law, corporate governance, restructuring, and M&A, with a focus on public M&A.
