DOJO AI, an intelligent marketing system built on a new class of agentic AI, announced a $6 million seed round at a $30 million valuation, led by Armilar with participation from Heartfelt VC.

The company, headquartered in London and Lisbon, is focused on transforming how marketing teams operate by introducing autonomous AI agents that not only analyze data but act on it in real time. The new funding will support continued product development and accelerate expansion into the U.S. market.

DOJO AI’s platform is centered around its proprietary “DOJO Graph,” a knowledge layer that builds a dynamic digital twin of each customer’s marketing operations and competitive environment. The system continuously ingests data from campaigns, SEO performance, and broader market signals, enabling specialized AI agents to execute decisions and optimize outcomes across the marketing stack.

The company positions this approach as “agentic marketing,” where AI systems move beyond reporting insights to autonomously managing workflows, generating content, and improving performance through continuous learning loops.

Founded in 2024, DOJO AI combines deep marketing expertise and AI infrastructure experience. Co-founder Duarte Garrido previously led marketing at global brands including Coca-Cola and Sky, while co-founder Antonio Alegria built AI and data systems at Feedzai and OutSystems.

Since launch, the company has grown rapidly, reporting 20% month-over-month growth and serving over 100 customers across the U.S. and U.K., including CoinDesk, Morningstar, Broadvoice, PensionBee, and Refine Labs. Customers have seen measurable gains, including a 40% reduction in customer acquisition costs, significantly faster campaign launches, and improved marketing efficiency.

With pricing starting at $499 per month and no contracts required, DOJO AI aims to replace fragmented marketing tool stacks with a unified, intelligent system capable of delivering continuous, compounding performance improvements.

The company plans to expand its multi-agent capabilities to handle more complex use cases and further enhance its continuous learning infrastructure, reinforcing its ambition to redefine how organizations turn marketing data into business outcomes.

KEY QUOTES:

“For years, marketers have suffered from having too much data but not enough insights. This has given way to bad decisions or, worse yet, indecision. DOJO AI solves that pain by analyzing all marketing data with full context of what’s happening in and around the brand, and then acting on it. No more fragmented point solutions, data silos, manual configuration or long iteration cycles. The ceiling on what a marketing team could achieve was never budget. It was intelligence.”

Duarte Garrido, Co-Founder And Co-CEO, DOJO AI

“We’re building the platform that will define the next decade of the marketing industry. We built DOJO to be the system that teams have never had. One that watches every signal in real time, learns from every outcome and gets sharper with every decision. At its core is a knowledge graph that compounds intelligence with every interaction, and AI agents that don’t just analyze but act. This funding drives that flywheel further, pushing new levels of autonomy, accuracy and intelligence so our customers can achieve outcomes that simply weren’t possible before.”

Antonio Alegria, Co-Founder And Co-CEO, DOJO AI

“DOJO AI’s approach to marketing technology is transformative. With founders that combine a deep domain knowledge and field experience in this space with some of the best talent to build the technology from first principles, we’re confident in their vision and proud to partner with them as they expand a platform that is redefining how companies turn marketing data into actionable decisions.”
