Domino’s Pizza has appointed Michael C. Creedon Jr. and Anneliese Olson as independent members of its Board of Directors and elected Corie Barry as Lead Independent Director.

Barry succeeds Richard Federico, who will remain a member of the Board and continue serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Domino’s said the appointments add significant consumer, retail, technology and operational experience to its Board as the company continues executing its long-term growth strategy.

Barry has served on Domino’s Board since July 2018 and currently chairs its Compensation and Human Capital Committee. She is also the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Best Buy.

As Lead Independent Director, Barry will provide independent oversight and work with Domino’s executive leadership and other directors on corporate governance, strategic planning and long-term shareholder value creation.

Her experience leading Best Buy gives her extensive knowledge of consumer behavior, digital transformation, retail operations, and the integration of technology into customer experiences.

Creedon currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Dollar Tree. He joined the discount retailer as Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and was promoted to CEO in 2024.

He has also served on Dollar Tree’s Board of Directors since 2025.

Before joining Dollar Tree, Creedon held several senior leadership positions at Advance Auto Parts, ultimately serving as President of U.S. Stores.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Tyco International and ADT Security.

Creedon brings experience managing large retail networks, improving store operations and leading consumer-focused businesses through periods of strategic and operational change.

He will serve on Domino’s Audit Committee.

Olson has served as President of Imaging, Printing and Solutions at HP since November 2024 and has more than 30 years of experience with the technology company.

Before assuming her current position, she served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for North America from September 2023 through November 2024.

Olson previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Print from November 2019 through April 2022.

She has held several other senior positions during her career at HP and brings substantial international operating experience, including more than seven years living and working in the Asia-Pacific region.

Olson will also serve on Domino’s Audit Committee.

Her appointment adds expertise in global technology operations, product development, customer experience and managing businesses that operate across international markets.

Domino’s has increasingly positioned technology as a central part of its restaurant and delivery strategy.

In the U.S., more than 85% of the company’s retail sales during 2025 were generated through digital channels. Domino’s has also developed multiple digital ordering platforms designed to make delivery and carryout transactions more convenient.

The company operates a primarily franchised business model, with independent franchise owners accounting for 99% of its stores as of the end of the first quarter of 2026.

Domino’s global system includes more than 22,300 stores across over 90 markets.

The company generated more than $20.4 billion in global retail sales during the four quarters ended March 22, 2026.

Domino’s believes Creedon’s experience leading large consumer and retail organizations and Olson’s background in global technology businesses will support the company as it expands its digital capabilities and international operations.

The Board changes also strengthen its succession planning and independent governance structure.

Federico will continue contributing through his Board membership and leadership of the Audit Committee, which oversees financial reporting, internal controls, risk management and the work of the company’s independent auditor.
