Donaldson Company announced it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Facet Filtration, a company specializing in mission-critical fuel and fluid filtration solutions for aviation and industrial applications.
Facet is recognized as a pioneer in the jet fuel filtration market, with products used across multiple stages of the supply chain, from refineries to end fueling points. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Donaldson’s Industrial Solutions business while expanding the company’s presence in durable end markets, including aerospace and defense, along with power generation.
Donaldson said the addition of Facet’s product portfolio brings attractive margins and growth opportunities that align with the company’s long-term strategy in filtration technologies and advanced industrial markets.
The company also noted that it plans to provide additional details regarding the acquisition’s expected contribution to fiscal 2026 performance during its third quarter fiscal 2026 earnings call scheduled for June 2, 2026.
Facet has more than 80 years of experience in aviation fuel filtration and develops technologies designed to prevent contaminants such as water, dust, and dirt from negatively impacting equipment performance and fuel quality. The company operates research, product development, and manufacturing facilities in Oklahoma and Spain and serves customers globally.
