Donna, a fast-growing AI platform built for field sales professionals, has secured $4.8 million in new funding to expand internationally and strengthen its position in the sales enablement market. The new capital, announced in Ghent on December 3, 2025, was led by Frontline Ventures with participation from Pitchdrive, Fortino Capital, WeLoveFounders, Syndicate One, New School, Everywhere Ventures, and several experienced angel investors.
The company plans to use the funds to expand teams across Europe and North America, accelerate product development, and deepen integrations with major enterprise systems. Donna has already established teams in New York, London, and Ghent with further hiring planned across both regions.
Founded in 2023, Donna has quickly become a widely adopted tool for field sales teams who spend most of their day on the road and have historically been underserved by legacy CRM tools. The platform offers proactive, real-time assistance before, during, and after sales meetings, helping reps reduce administrative work by as much as 75 percent while improving CRM adoption, data quality, and conversion rates.
Donna’s technology is designed to anticipate context, capture meeting notes automatically, provide timely nudges, brief reps ahead of appointments, and handle daily administrative workflows. The company now supports more than 40 languages and integrates deeply with leading CRM and enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and HubSpot.
With a customer base spanning industries such as consumer packaged goods, industrial manufacturing, and financial services, Donna reports significant productivity gains among users, including higher close rates and improved workflow consistency. The company’s leadership views the new funding as a catalyst to scale its vision of modernizing field sales work and bridging the gap between AI automation and human interaction.
