By Amit Chowdhry ● Feb 13, 2024

Dood Digital is a Michigan-based company that recently launched and partners with companies to elevate digital marketing strategies. Pulse 2.0 interviewed Dood Digital founder Marcus Drenth.

Marcus Drenth’s Background

During Drenth’s fifteen-year corporate marketing career at HarperCollins Publishing and BISSELL, he has driven digital campaigns for prominent brands like The Berenstain Bears, three New York Times bestselling books, and the world’s bestselling line of vacuums. Drenth has collaborated with NFL star Kirk Cousins, Olympian and mental health spokesperson Simone Biles, Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards Ross, former NFL running back Rashad Jennings, and Newbery Medal-winning author and poet Kwame Alexander. And Drenth said:

“I didn’t have a lot growing up and my parents divorced when I was seven years old. In high school, I worked my way up from the football practice squad to varsity captain. After college, I never thought I’d get out of student loan debt, but I persevered and overcame it. I’ve weathered a lot only to persevere again and again. And now, I’m betting on myself in the biggest way.”

“Through battling from behind and beating odds, I’ve developed an underdog mentality, which has helped drive me to success. This has also given me the confidence and experience to help individuals and businesses who want to overcome adversity or get to a new level. By launching Dood Digital I can assist others in fine-tuning their digital marketing approach–most aren’t as far off as they think! I look forward to partnering with business leaders to get them to where they should be.”

Formation Of Dood Digital

How did the idea for Dood Digital come together? Drenth shared:
