dormakaba has completed the acquisition of any2any GmbH, a Munich-based software platform company specializing in mobile wallet credentials for access control solutions.

The transaction expands dormakaba’s previous minority investment in the company, with the Swiss access control provider acquiring the remaining shares to take full ownership. Through the acquisition, dormakaba aims to strengthen its capabilities in mobile wallet credentials and further adapt its access control solutions to increasingly mobile-first environments.

Founded in 2015, any2any develops software that enables mobile wallet credential solutions for access systems. The technology can also be applied to adjacent use cases such as payments, printing, and visitor management. The company operates with a team of about 10 professionals based in Munich.

Following the transaction, any2any will continue operating independently as a center of excellence. The team will support both dormakaba customers and its existing client base while contributing mobile wallet expertise and integration capabilities to the broader dormakaba portfolio.

The acquisition is intended to ensure that dormakaba’s installed base of access control solutions is prepared for mobile wallet credential functionality while strengthening the company’s mobile credential capabilities.

The parties did not disclose the financial terms of the deal. dormakaba closed the acquisition of any2any GmbH on March 3, 2026.
