Doss, the AI-native ERP platform, has announced its acquisition of key assets from Genie, a leading inventory management solution for Shopify.

Genie’s founder, Sebastiaan Debrouwere, will join Doss as Head of Partnerships and Ecosystem. This acquisition aims to enhance e-commerce operations globally by offering flexible, real-time ERP solutions.

This follows Doss’s $18 million Series A funding in April 2025 and builds on Genie’s $5.8 million seed round from August 2022. Genie supports over 300 e-commerce brands and processes more than $18 million in monthly supplier orders.

Wiley Jones, CEO of Doss, praised Debrouwere as the “perfect addition” to Doss’s partner ecosystem, while Debrouwere expressed excitement about amplifying Genie’s mission at Doss.

This acquisition is expected to accelerate Doss’s growth and support its partner-first expansion strategy, leveraging its integrated platform for inventory, orders, accounting, and production.
