Dotwork Acquires Arcario Group To Expand AI-Native Enterprise Operating Platform

Dotwork has acquired Arcario Group, adding enterprise transformation and operating-model expertise to its AI-native enterprise operating platform.

Arcario specializes in enterprise operating models and business transformation, helping companies align people, processes, data, and technology.

Dotwork plans to use the acquisition to build a forward-deployed services and engineering organization that can help customers implement its technology to solve specific business problems.

Dotwork is developing what it calls an enterprise steering layer for the AI era.

Its graph-based Enterprise Operating Model connects existing financial and operational systems and links company strategy, capital allocation, business capabilities, execution, decisions, and measurable outcomes.

Rather than replacing core enterprise software, Dotwork is designed to connect information across existing systems and provide business leaders and AI agents with a shared understanding of how an organization operates.

Arcario’s Connected Enterprise methodology complements that technology by helping customers identify gaps between strategic priorities and execution.

Under the combined approach, the companies plan to help customers design operating models, connect financial and operational systems, deploy targeted workflows and AI capabilities, and track actual costs and outcomes.

Arcario’s leadership previously built an enterprise operating-model practice that was acquired by Cprime and later expanded to support major enterprise transformation programs.

Arcario will become the foundation for Dotwork’s services and forward-deployed engineering organization.

Existing Arcario client engagements will continue with their existing teams.

Arcario founder and CEO Konstantin Popov will join Dotwork as Head of Transformation Services.

Dotwork was founded by Steve Elliott, previously founder and CEO of AgileCraft, which was acquired by Atlassian.

“AI makes deciding where to invest and how to measure results more important than ever. We’re building Dotwork around those decisions—not another workflow or dashboard. Arcario brings the expertise to make that operating model real.”
