Dover has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cloeren, a manufacturer of extrusion T-dies and feedblocks used primarily in polymer and plastics production. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal is expected to close during the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Following completion, Cloeren will become part of MAAG, a business within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
Extrusion dies shape melted materials into continuous products such as plastic films, sheets and coatings. Feedblocks combine multiple material layers before they enter an extrusion die, enabling manufacturers to create multilayer products with specific performance characteristics.
Cloeren designs customized equipment for demanding polymer-processing applications. The company is based in Orange, Texas, and operates additional manufacturing facilities in Marshall, Texas; Eau Claire, Wisconsin; and Micheldorf, Austria.
Dover expects Cloeren’s technology and engineering capabilities to complement MAAG’s existing equipment portfolio and provide customers with a more complete range of polymer-processing systems.
Dover generates more than $8 billion in annual revenue and operates across engineered products, clean energy, fueling, imaging, identification, process equipment and climate technologies.
