Drawbridge Realty has entered the Nashville commercial real estate market through the acquisition of Bridgestone Tower, a 30-story Class AA office tower located in downtown Nashville.
The 514,000 square foot LEED Gold certified property was developed as a build-to-suit headquarters for Bridgestone Americas and was delivered in 2017. The building is fully leased to Bridgestone Americas, the largest subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation.
Located in Nashville’s central business district, Bridgestone Tower is within walking distance of major downtown attractions, including Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, and Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The acquisition gives Drawbridge Realty an entry point into one of the country’s fastest-growing and most active office investment markets.
Drawbridge Realty said the addition of Bridgestone Tower increases the firm’s recent acquisition activity to more than $740 million in assets over the last 12 months, totaling more than 1.1 million square feet. In October, the company acquired The HIVE, a Class A office campus in Costa Mesa that is fully leased to Anduril Industries.
The company also invested more than $20 million in tenant and capital improvement projects across its portfolio in 2025. Current redevelopment projects include 1331 L Street in Washington, The Barfield in Atlanta, and Imperial Tower.
