The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation has appointed Samir Pandiri as Managing Director and Chief Client Officer, adding an executive with more than three decades of global financial services experience to its leadership team.
Pandiri’s appointment became effective September 28, 2026. He has also joined DTCC’s Executive Committee and reports to President and CEO Frank LaSalla.
Pandiri will oversee DTCC’s Global Client Management organization, including client leads, relationship management and growth, partnerships and strategic alliances. He will also oversee DTCC Consulting Services and Marketing & Communications.
His responsibilities will include strengthening long-term client and stakeholder relationships and improving how DTCC delivers services and strategic value to financial institutions.
Pandiri has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, including asset servicing, fund administration, capital markets, fintech, corporate services, wealth management and trustee services.
Before joining DTCC, he held executive leadership roles at TMF Group, Apex Group, Broadridge International and BNY. His international experience includes leading teams across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, including more than 15 years working in Hong Kong and London.
DTCC provides clearing, settlement, asset servicing, transaction processing, trade reporting and data services to financial markets globally. Its subsidiaries processed $4.7 quadrillion of securities transactions in 2025, while its depository business provided custody and asset servicing for securities valued at $114 trillion.
