DV Group announced that it has completed a business combination with TradeLink Holdings, integrating TradeLink’s proprietary trading business into DV Trading. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in Chicago in 1979, TradeLink has built a reputation for expertise in futures, options, and commodities trading. The firm developed a team of professionals with deep experience in low latency trading, quantitative research, and technology development. More than eighty members of TradeLink’s team are joining DV as part of the transaction.
The integration brings together complementary trading strategies, technology platforms, and research capabilities from both firms. By combining resources, the companies expect to expand DV’s global footprint while strengthening its infrastructure in market making and proprietary trading.
DV Group said the addition of TradeLink’s personnel and expertise will bolster its research and development capabilities while enhancing trading talent across multiple asset classes. The combined organization is expected to further reinforce DV’s position as a global proprietary trading firm providing liquidity to financial markets.
