DXP Enterprises announced that it has completed the acquisition of General Repair Service. Founded in 1955, General Repair Service is headquartered in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The company operates from a single location and serves the greater Minnesota market and surrounding areas.
General Repair Service provides products and services, including pumps, blowers, and related process equipment. The company focuses on customers in the water and wastewater and industrial markets.
DXP said the acquisition furthers its national water and wastewater strategy, establishes a presence in Minnesota, and adds strong service and repair capabilities to its platform.
DXP funded the acquisition with cash from its balance sheet. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
For the 12 months ended March 31, 2026, General Repair Service generated approximately $12.2 million in sales and approximately $1.6 million in adjusted EBITDA.
DXP said General Repair Service adds another company to its DXP Water platform and supports its goal of building a full-line product and service-focused business. The company also said the acquisition is expected to help accelerate sales growth and strengthen its capabilities for customers, suppliers, employees, and shareholders.
This transaction marks DXP’s fourth acquisition of 2026.
DXP Enterprises is a products and services distributor serving industrial customers across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Dubai. The company provides pumping solutions, supply chain services, and maintenance, repair, operating, and production services.
