DXP Enterprises has completed the acquisition of Pump Solutions, a Texas-based distributor and service provider focused on the water and wastewater industry, further strengthening DXP’s national footprint in the sector and deepening its presence in its home market of Texas.
The transaction, which closed following the signing of a definitive agreement on December 1, 2025, was funded with cash from DXP’s balance sheet. Pump Solutions was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in New Caney, Texas, operating four locations that serve customers across the state. The company specializes in pumps, controls, and related service and repair offerings for municipal and industrial water and wastewater applications.
For the trailing twelve-month period ending September 31, 2025, Pump Solutions generated approximately $36.8 million in sales. The acquisition adds scale to DXP’s water and wastewater platform while enhancing its service-led approach and technical sales capabilities in a strategically important region.
DXP leadership emphasized that Pump Solutions brings a strong reputation for service and deep technical expertise that aligns closely with the company’s long-term strategy. The addition represents DXP Water’s fifteenth acquisition and is expected to contribute attractive margins and cash flow while supporting continued growth initiatives.
DXP Enterprises operates as a diversified products and services distributor serving industrial customers across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Dubai. The company’s offerings span innovative pumping solutions, supply chain services, and maintenance, repair, operating, and production services, with a focus on rotating equipment and related industrial products. The Pump Solutions acquisition builds on DXP’s recent momentum in the water and wastewater market as it enters 2026 with plans for further expansion.
