dynaCERT announced a planned leadership transition as it moves into its next phase focused on execution, commercial deployment, and revenue generation.
The company’s Board of Directors intends to appoint Kevin Unrath, currently Chief Operating Officer, as Chief Executive Officer. The move reflects a strategic shift toward operational discipline and scaling commercial activity. Unrath has been instrumental in strengthening production processes, deployment strategies, and aligning the company’s technology with customer needs.
Murray James Payne, who has served as CEO for more than a decade, will step down from the role and continue as Chairman of the Board, ensuring continuity in governance and strategic direction.
The leadership change comes as dynaCERT intensifies efforts to convert pilot deployments into structured commercial agreements across global markets. The company is prioritizing execution and revenue conversion as it advances beyond the development stage.
In Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam, dynaCERT has established a service center agreement with a regional engine and vehicle solutions provider, trained local technical teams, and deployed pilot installations across trucking and port operations. These initiatives are progressing alongside discussions with multiple industry participants, with expectations for formalized agreements.
In Latin America, the company is expanding its presence in Mexico through a distribution partner while building direct relationships with regional operators. Efforts are focused on scaling deployments and advancing toward structured commercial agreements.
To support its operations and commercial expansion, dynaCERT has secured a $2 million loan, to be received in installments over four months.
The company continues to position its HydraGEN™ technology and HydraLytica™ platform as key drivers of fuel efficiency improvements, emissions tracking, and potential participation in carbon credit markets. Its technology produces hydrogen and oxygen on demand through electrolysis, enhancing combustion in diesel engines to reduce emissions and improve fuel efficiency.
With a growing global hydrogen economy and increasing demand for emissions reduction solutions, dynaCERT is focused on disciplined growth, operational execution, and translating field activity into measurable revenue opportunities.
