Dynamic Access, a Dallas-based provider of on-demand vascular access services, announced it has acquired PICC Stat, a Minneapolis-based vascular access provider known for its family-owned legacy and patient-centered care.

PICC Stat built its reputation through years of dependable service and strong support for healthcare facilities across the region. The company has been operated as a family business and was passed from father to son several years ago, reflecting a longstanding commitment to clinicians, patients, and community-based care.

Through the acquisition, Dynamic Access is expanding into Minnesota, marking the company’s entry into a new geographic market. The integration is expected to strengthen Dynamic Access’ ability to deliver vascular access solutions across the state while incorporating PICC Stat’s experienced clinical team into the organization.

Healthcare facilities previously served by PICC Stat will continue to receive uninterrupted service. Dynamic Access said the transition will maintain continuity of care while adding expanded clinical, operational, and technology resources designed to support quality outcomes and patient safety.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Dallas, Dynamic Access provides on-demand vascular access services using a clinical model aimed at lowering healthcare costs while improving patient outcomes. The company has been accredited by The Joint Commission for more than a decade and holds its Gold Seal of Approval. RiverGlade Capital is the primary investor in Dynamic Access.
