Dyspute.ai announced the official launch of Adri V2, a 24/7 asynchronous AI mediation platform designed to guide parties through dispute resolution without live sessions or simultaneous participation. Announced January 13, 2026, the company said Adri V2 uses an AI mediator persona to manage the process end-to-end, from intake through negotiation and agreement, aiming to reduce scheduling friction, lower costs, and speed up outcomes.
The platform is built around notification-based, asynchronous engagement so parties can respond on their own time rather than coordinating calendars. Dyspute.ai said Adri V2 includes an adaptive intake chat that asks follow-up questions based on the dispute, then generates an initial settlement proposal using each side’s intake responses to “kickstart” negotiation.
Dyspute.ai said users can either vote on Adri’s proposal in each negotiation round or submit AI-assisted direct offers. The company also said Adri V2 includes a secure virtual mediation room that tracks proposal history, shared documents, feedback, and offers, along with in-platform generation of settlement agreements and the ability to process settlement payments via Stripe.
Dyspute.ai positioned Adri V2 as both a direct-to-party tool for individuals and businesses and an add-on tier for mediation providers looking to expand services with AI-led workflows. The company said the platform offers case management dashboards, flexible payment options, and enterprise subscription tiers, and noted early testers have highlighted faster negotiations and more creative settlement concepts.
Alongside the product launch, Dyspute.ai announced partnerships with 9to5 Docs and New Era ADR to embed AI mediation earlier in commercial workflows. Under the arrangement, Dyspute.ai becomes the default mediation provider in 9to5 Docs’ startup legal agreements that include dispute resolution provisions, and disputes that do not settle in mediation move directly to arbitration with New Era ADR, creating a predefined escalation path.
KEY QUOTES:
“Mediation is one of the most effective ways to resolve disputes, yet for far too many people and organizations, access is limited by time, cost, and logistics. With the launch of Adri V2, we’re introducing an AI Mediator that’s available 24/7 and designed to keep disputes moving forward without calendars, conference rooms, or prolonged posturing. This isn’t about using AI to replicate traditional mediation—it’s about rethinking the process itself so that fair, efficient resolution is accessible to far more people than ever before.”
Renee Jackson, Founder and CEO, Dyspute.ai
“Most contracts still push parties toward court or legacy arbitration models that are slow, expensive, and disconnected from how modern businesses operate. By integrating AI-led mediation as the first step in our contracts, our partnership with Dyspute.ai creates a smarter, more efficient resolution pathway—one that prioritizes early settlement while preserving a streamlined path to arbitration services with New Era ADR when needed.”
Marla Miller, Founder and CEO, 9to5 Docs
