Eastern Bank announced that Paul Davis has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager.
Davis brings more than 25 years of experience across banking and the commercial real estate industry. His background includes financing large-scale developments, structuring commercial real estate investments across major asset classes, and supporting private banking and wealth management client relationships.
Most recently, Davis served as an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase following its acquisition of First Republic Bank. In that role, he oversaw a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of commercial real estate and construction lending projects and managed relationships across private banking and wealth teams.
Previously, Davis held commercial real estate lending roles at Cambridge Savings Bank, The Village Bank, Anglo Irish Bank, and Sovereign Bank. He has worked with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and private investors across asset classes including multi-family, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties.
Davis earned a bachelor’s degree from Colby College and an MBA from Boston College’s Carroll Graduate School of Management. He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association.
He was also appointed by two former Massachusetts governors as a board member of the Asset Management Board and the Economic Stabilization Trust of the Commonwealth Corporation, respectively. Davis is also a founding board member of the Brookline Platform Tennis Club and supports youth sports in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Eastern Bank provides commercial real estate financing offerings to help companies with real estate acquisition, refinancing, and new construction.
