Eaton Acquiring Energy Solutions Company Resilient Power Systems

Eaton, a leader in intelligent power management, has announced its agreement to acquire Resilient Power Systems, a North American developer of innovative energy solutions, including solid-state transformer technology.

Based in Austin, Texas, Resilient Power Systems, backed by funds like Energy Transition Ventures, creates advanced energy solutions that modernize the electric grid. Their compact EV charging depots connect directly to the distribution grid, enabling swift deployment of electric vehicle fleets and public charging stations. Their technology also has future applications for data centers, increasing power density and revenue.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
