The acquisition combines Kleinschmidt’s business-to-business supply chain integration capabilities with eBase Solutions’ expertise in enterprise integration, workflow automation, IoT solutions, and advanced data analytics.

The joint offering is designed to help organizations improve operational efficiency, eliminate data silos, and leverage data more effectively across the enterprise.
Under the combined platform, customers will gain access to integrated supply chain data flows, enterprise automation capabilities, IoT-enabled monitoring solutions through the Cumulocity platform, and advanced analytics powered by Minitab technologies. The companies also noted that the acquisition expands eBase Solutions’ market reach through Kleinschmidt’s established customer relationships across supply chain-focused industries.
