eCapital, an AI-powered specialty finance and fintech company, has appointed Rosario Ingargiola as Chief Digital Assets Officer, a newly created executive position. Ingargiola will report directly to CEO Marius Silvasan and lead efforts to modernize how eCapital originates, manages, and distributes assets, with a focus on improving efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the platform.
Ingargiola is a serial technology entrepreneur whose career has centered on building institutional infrastructure for capital markets and digital assets. He founded Bosonic, an institutional digital asset infrastructure company, and Bosonic Securities LLC, its FINRA-registered broker-dealer and SEC-registered Alternative Trading System — both of which were acquired by Derisked Digital Group, where Ingargiola subsequently served as Chief Product and Technology Officer. Earlier in his career, he founded an institutional foreign exchange trading platform that was acquired by a global investment bank and co-founded an AI-powered algorithmic trading platform. He holds patents in financial market infrastructure.
