eCapital has provided a $30 million healthcare receivables financing facility to an unnamed multi-state post-acute care provider operating 18 skilled nursing and post-acute facilities.
The financing is designed to increase working-capital capacity, support expansion and fund continued investments across the provider’s operations.
Healthcare operators frequently face lengthy reimbursement cycles while simultaneously funding payroll, regulatory compliance, patient care and facility investments.
eCapital structured the receivables facility around the provider’s operating model to give management additional financial flexibility.
The financing is expected to support investment in care delivery, facilities and future growth.
eCapital provides asset-based lending, receivables finance, payroll funding, supply-chain finance and other specialty financing products across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
The company describes itself as an AI-powered fintech combining data, decisioning, funding and servicing through a proprietary platform.
Since inception, eCapital has financed more than 44,000 clients and delivered more than $144 billion in capital across more than 80 industries.
