Echo Global Logistics has completed its acquisition of ITS Logistics, expanding its capabilities in integrated, end-to-end supply chain solutions and strengthening its position as a scaled, technology-driven logistics provider across North America.
The combined companies generated approximately $5.2 billion in revenue in 2025, reflecting increased scale and a broader service offering designed to support increasingly complex supply chains. The acquisition enhances Echo’s ability to deliver integrated logistics solutions by combining its technology platform with ITS Logistics’ specialized operational capabilities.
ITS Logistics brings a range of differentiated services to the combined platform, including drop trailer and trailer pool programs, dedicated capacity solutions, container management and drayage, and omnichannel fulfillment. These capabilities complement Echo’s existing strengths in freight brokerage, managed transportation, and AI-driven logistics optimization.
Echo has emphasized continued investment in automation, machine learning, and AI-powered decision-making tools, which support pricing, capacity matching, shipment execution, and supply chain visibility. The integration of ITS is expected to further expand these capabilities and improve service delivery across both companies’ customer bases.
ITS Logistics, founded in 1999 and headquartered in Reno, Nevada, has built a reputation for solving complex logistics challenges for major North American brands, particularly through its DropFleet trailer pool program and sustainable transportation solutions.
