ECI Partners, a mid market private equity firm, announced the appointments of Marijn Pangemanan as Investment Director and Scarlett Salamon as Investor Relations Analyst as the firm advances deployment of its ECI 12 Fund and prepares for the launch of ECI 13.
Pangemanan joins ECI with experience from private equity firm KLAR Partners, where he contributed to expanding the firm’s presence across the UK and Europe. His investment background includes a focus on tech enabled services and governance, risk and compliance sectors. Earlier in his career, he held roles at CD&R and Credit Suisse. He brings multilingual capabilities, including fluency in English, Dutch and Norwegian, along with proficiency in Spanish and German, which are expected to support ECI’s portfolio companies as they pursue European growth opportunities.
Salamon joins the firm’s investor relations function and will work closely with Jeremy Lytle, Investor Relations Partner, and Chris Mockford, Investor Relations Director. She previously worked at UBS in the Private Funds Group, where she advised institutional clients on European private equity fundraising initiatives.
The new appointments are designed to strengthen ECI’s investment execution and investor engagement capabilities at a key stage in the firm’s fund cycle, as it continues to deploy capital from ECI 12 while laying the groundwork for its next fund.
