ECI Software Solutions (ECI), a global provider of cloud-based business management software and services, announced the acquisition of Davisware, a provider of all-in-one business management solutions built for field service organizations. The financial details of the deal were undisclosed.
This deal extends ECI’s footprint throughout North America in the commercial food equipment, commercial HVAC and refrigeration, petroleum equipment, and overhead garage door industries.
With this strategic acquisition, Davisware’s suite of software solutions, including Vision, GlobalEdge, and GlobalWarranty, will now be part of ECI’s offerings.
